This is currently normal behaviour. The OEM TCU applies counter pressure to the B2 clutch when doing these shifts to stop the gearbox from kicking. Currently, the Ultimate-NAG52 does do this, but not 100% correctly, resulting in this kick. This is perfectly OK mechanically for the gearbox and does not harm it in any way.
This is down to incorrect configuration or a faulty speed sensor circuit. Consult the configuration guide on how to check your cars configuration.
TBA. Diagnostic test for speed sensors
This is down to the incorrect EGS CAN Matrix being selected in the vehicle configuration section.
This is normal, and shows the TCU detected the gearbox flaring during the gear shift.
